Taiwan singer-songwriter Will Pan turns into a secret agent of "hip-pop" for his seventh album entitled 007. Agent W's weapon is his musical talents and versatility, taking on song composition as well as production duties for this album. 007 offers eight new songs in a variety of styles, including first plug Be with You (a Mandarin/English bilingual duet with American hip-hop singer Akon), "Dance for Two", and "Weightless". It is noteworthy that the album cover is the work of Grammy-nominated designer Xiao Qing Yang and styling is by top stylist Fang Chi Lon.
繼《不良笑花》後，潘瑋柏的第七張唱片整裝待發，以《零零七》命名2009年全新國語專輯，無論在曲風或創作上，把從零到七所擁有的音樂一次過呈現，並以很多新的曲風或任務來表現不同的潘瑋柏，同時以中文定名的《零零七》加添著代表著東方的色彩。Will 在新專輯中不但有填詞作曲，也參與製作。主打歌「Be with You」乃潘瑋柏與美國嘻哈天王 Akon 的跨國製作，Will 以自創英翻中的口頭禪來演唱RAP，以淺白的中英文歌詞來表達愛的信念。碟內還收錄了R&B舞曲「雙人舞」，以及抒情主打「無重力」和 Will 雙親首度獻聲合唱的自傳創作「怎麼著」。
唱片造型方面，專輯封面由三度入圍葛萊美獎的蕭青陽出馬操刀，造型由大師級的方綺倫打造一身西裝筆挺的姿態示人，化身帥氣的007情報員。
